all products are custom manufactured for a specific customer and to specified sizes, and can not be returned due to buyers remorse or for any reason other then for reasons listed below.

returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• defective materials were used in the manufacturing of the covers, (the fact of defected materials used shall be established by removableinsulation.com and customers authorized representatives via e-mails, photos, etc).
• dimensional mistake(s) were made during manufacturing.
• materials other then specified and ordered were used during manufacturing.
• larger quantity of covers other then ordered was shipped.

prior to return, a product a RA# (return authorization) must be obtained from removableinsulation.com at which time return instructions will be issued. removableinsulation.com shall cover all shipping expenses.

after we receive the returned package(s) and inspect the contents, removableinsulation.com will make a decision whether the cover(s) will be re-made or repaired, provided the repairs will not effect the intended performance or appearance of the cover(s). you will receive a notice when the new/repaired covers will be shipped.

removableinsulation.com will be responsible for the shipping charges back to the customer in case it is established that the remake/repairs is the sole responsibility of removableinsulation.com.

removableinsulation.com ships UPS insured and shall be responsible for product while in transit. after the delivery has been signed for, removableinsulation.com is no longer responsible for damaged or lost product.
